Connect to a different Pretendo account from 3DS.

Hello. I have a N3DS that has a PNID account already connected to it. I also have a Wii U that has a different PNID account. Is there a way for me to login with my Wii U Pretendo account on my 3DS?

The thing is that from what I remember, with the NID, you can't connect a new NID without completely wiping your console. Is it the same with PNID?

In order to do that, you would need to "delete" your NNID off of your 3DS, which you can do through a method with godmode9

I've done it once before, and it can be a little finnicky, but there's guides for it, lemme see if I can send it in here

If you don't have godmode9 already, get it here https://github.com/d0k3/GodMode9/releases/latest

Copy GodMode9.firm from the GodMode9 .zip to the /luma/payloads/ folder on your SD card
Boot your device while holding (Start) to launch the Luma3DS chainloader menu
Launch GodMode9 by pressing (A)
Navigate to [1:] SYSNAND CTRNAND -> data -> (32 Character ID) -> sysdata -> 00010038
Hold down the (R) trigger, then press (X) on 00000000 to rename this file
Press (Up) once to change the name to 10000000
Press (A) to save changes
Press (A) to unlock SysNAND writing, then input the key combo given
Navigate back to the Main Menu
Press (Start) to reboot your device

It says it's for NNID, but with the way PNIDs get set up I'm pretty sure it would work in the same way

I've checked the files system on GM9 and it seems like it created a new NID folder

I think what I did was remove the sd card

Turn it on

Turn it off

Put the sd card back in

And then it potentially worked

It's also tricky because I made an account on the website first, then made it on the wii u, so I had two different accounts as well which was a little annoying

Pretendo is still so fresh so it makes sense that there's weird inconsistencies that can pop up
