How I do that?

For these I usually change from 30 seconds to full race to see if they were cheating or not

He prevent, when he is in game there no blue shell when he is at the first place. The 2 cases when blue shell appear is when he is not at the first place or when he is at the 3/4 of the last laps. Confirmed with each game I play with him. I have more than 50 games played with this player and is almost impossible that behavior could be repeat.

There are a number of others that seem to have done this as well. The game is overrun with max level people dominating games. The rest of us playing fairly can't level up hardly at all with five or more consecutive game losses.

Just because someone has better stuff than you does not mean we should ban them. This isn't something unattended by the original game. Even if we disallowed it, you would eventually still have the same issue when legitimate max level players play casual mode, as nothing in the game's code has matchmaking based on your level.

Most of these people have no ill intentions either. They still play the game normally, so there's not much of a reason to go after them because of it.

whilst i understand his point, i also agree allowing save editing since in the end it doesn't make that much of a difference to anyone, to the contrary, i like seeing unused gear being used online, even better with octoling gear
the advantage you get is insignificant and it just makes the game feel more free.. in my opinion it's better if you stop resorting in blaming hacked abilities when you lose against people and think about what could make you play better
moreover, you can still get tons of advantage from main abilities alone so try playing around them.. also maybe with some luck you might get a pure the legit way

to confirm, here are instances where save editing is permitted:

• to earn more Super Sea Snails
• to max out Cash
• to unlock all gear (including hidden gear)
• to set any Abilities you like

this is because anyone could do most of those things during Nintendo Network by grinding. do note, that the following things will result in a ban:

• using hidden weapons online (i.e. ?Roller_KingSquid00)

think about it this way, if this were Mario Kart, we allow the player to edit their save file to unlock all characters (excluding DLC characters, you'll need the DLC for those). with Mario Kart Wii for example, many of the popular mod packs such as CTGP-R and MKWDX automatically unlock all characters, karts, and bikes for you.

anyway, to summarize things, save editing is permitted since the player could grind to achieve the same thing, this way now you'll be on par with other players.

not to mention, it is perfectly possible to get three of the same Sub-Abilities in Splatoon, though it may take several re-rolls via Spyke
