Me neither but I will say I have seen multiple instances where people were duping items to directly hand them out to players and this SMP host has gone out of their way to snitch on them. These people didn't have malicious from what I know, although I could be wrong. I personally wouldn't get involved unless he brought evidence of someone deliberately making a crashing device like this. At the end of the day though all this should really be left up to the SMP server owners, they have the necessary tools at their disposal to police their own communities, if they don't like or want someone then they can kick them.
