You are probably correct and it's likely a speed hack but I don't want anyone being unjustifiably banned without further analysis.

They team, when one of them has the blue shell, they wait until someone else is first, they wait at the item boxes and it has happened that when i stood still, cleiton had waited for the star power up to keep on running me over driving forth and backwards. Along with that, he always waits at the finish line to let his girlfriend first or to troll. Always using the best combo in the game while I don't have the DLC installed. Also targeting me a lot. Apps with HDCP (such as Bandai Channel) may not appear at all while using a capture card, or at the very least will not be shown on your capture device, depending on what the capture card is and if you can configure it.
