Nov. 1st, 7:41PM EDT breakdown:

Starting the race, I noticed DK in last sitting without movement for a few seconds. Thinking they were going to DC, I continued on. (Assuming DK disconnected)
CPU DK pulls triple mushrooms. A normal CPU would use their mushrooms within a few seconds of each other, in addition to rubber banding speed to catch up. Seeing this wasn't the case after the CPU held their triple mushrooms without using any of them for some time, I started growing suspicious of no DC cheat.
Lap 2
(also assuming CPU DK)
DK pulls a lightning after I pull a bullet bill. It looked like the lightning was used by an apparent human, since CPUs have a timer before they can use an item. Must've been as fast as it gets with a CPU which was odd a bit. Ending of lap 2, DK is seen using 2 mushrooms in quick succession which is not possible by a CPU. After both mushrooms where used, DK is seen jumping many spots in a few seconds, hence the report made.
