these bozo's are now teaming and abusing rosalina menu trigger cheat

for those who don't know, when an opposing player triggers the rosalina menu mid-race, the player on your screen will lag like crazy before it reestablishes with the race. It's extremely annoying because you actually have no idea where they are until after a few seconds.
