Not an expert, but I think they might just be a good player. Those are pro-level strats and they're specifically designed to lose as little speed as possible. If you time it right, you actually lose no speed through the grass during those hops.

I think it can get pretty close to entirely but I've seen a minimum of 1 hop, personally from someone I was practising with in 8Dx

there's no point to give everyone a unban, it just makes being banned less effective. it should also work as a scare factor to enforce people being legit.

most I'd be fine with is manual review of the unban request & rewatching the evidence. depending on what they did, allow them to get unbanned on first request, or keep them banned & reject it. i wouldn't do guaranteed unbans based on the time
