The Universal DB team have been very helpful, they're currently in the process of rolling back to a version of the tool which has an anti-cheat, which from my understanding should fix the problem

The PID grabber plugin can be used by pressing SELECT, then A, then choosing the person's name. It then shows their PID and friend code. If you have other plugins I don't know how to do it
