this guide explains how to install and use a .3gx file either downloaded or made by yourself.

you need to have the latest luma 3ds boot.firm installed (it comes with the 3GX extension nowadays) and place the .3gx file into sd:/luma/plugins/<title id of the game>/<file name>.3gx. the title id depends on which game it's made for.

after those steps, all you gotta do now is open the Rosalina Menu while you're in the HOME menu of your 3ds (the default button activor for that is pressing L, down & select). go to Plugin Loader and make sure it says Enabled next to it, it's also recommended to then save the changes (another option in the menu).

launch the game the ctrpf was designed for (matching the title id) & it should flash blue once. the ctrpf menu can be accessed by pressing select by default.
