Basically any time your not moving or if you drive backwards the game kicks you, this bypasses that.

I had to ask regardless. cuz i would still be driving backwards, using the item boxs to specifically target that cheater

And exactly, I don't have netpass, so it makes me think, is there something in the latest pretendo update that would have made some bypass so that the streetpass now works with some bypass and the ones you have added friends are added as streetpass?

Not really. All we can do is record video and submit reports, at least til theres a public tool available where we can get their PNID and Friend Code. There isn't much we can do besides that. But at least we have Main, that really does help alot.
