Because now we work with dynamic ips, which means that the cheater just needs to change ip address to reconnect, and that can be achieved by... restarting the router or using a vpn/proxy
Dynamic ips are used by tons of users so ip ban can damage the innocent person who unluckiky its on the same banned ip as the cheater

The problem is that this always happens to me during the day and never at night, I assume it's due to Pretendo's servers being overloaded. What always works for me is leaving the console on with the game running all night so it stays connected to the servers and I can play, but the moment I quit the game during the day, forget about playing again.

this is an item guru hack. he is forcing the game to give him only stars. this can only be done with a code mod, so he has more advanced cheats than are publicly available.

yeah it sucks. blue shell permission has a bug that makes it bypass the anticheat most of the time. it only stops cheated items, not natively acquired ones. however, it does validate if a native item is allowed to exist, and if it isnt, it also flags that (no lightning spam, for example)
