Hey, that's me. The only mods used there were octoling hacks, level edit, and main ability mods. All of those are allowed. No idea what you're talking about "teleporting to allies", but that's all that I had. I do have another gear build full of quick respawn that allows me to get a lot of jumps off due to the nature of respawning quickly, but that gear was not in use during that match.
