are my Eshop games safe?

So I made a pretendo account on my 3ds and so far it’s working great, but the one downside is that all my badges are gone because the accounts didn’t match and it wiped my saves. Not a huge problem but I’m worried something similar will happen if I open my Eshop since it’s a different account then what I bought my games with. Will I be ok? Should I back anything up? I don’t want to lose my Eshop data and games lol. Thanks!

Your downloaded games are fine
The badge issue is unique to badge arcade, that specific issue is just due to how nintendo designed that one game

Note that to redownload games from the eShop, or install game or system updates, you will need to switch back to Nintendo Network, but once downloaded you can play them on Pretendo Network

Now I’m curious. I wanted to download Pokémon bank but never got the chance. So is there anyway to download it using pretendo?
