It's the level19 liter
Just matched them in regular.
They've got everything from whole map paint burst bombs, to no liter charge up time and increase shot hitbox.
They're really trash, however you still can't win against infinite paint in regular.
Even tried to hide his cheats lol.

We might not have a vid to back this up, but I've got those two pics, showing a clean 1000 points (same as with the OP), which is common for cheaters with infi ink, so they don't get flagged, as well as the map in the background showing perfect paint in the areas, where we didn't paint over.
This honestly should be proof enough.

I'm also unsure whether this sonia guy might be involved as well.
I've seen him in previous games (withput the cheater) and all he ever did is stand around and do nothing.
He'd occasionly move a smudge (to not get detected by afk I assume), but that's it.
No dc and it's not like it was only once or so.
I think this was like the third game or so, spread across different times.

Covering everything like that is plain impossible and undenyable proof of chesting, which also correlates with the most used and know cheats in Splatoon, namely the burst bomb that paints the whole map, correlating again with the liter having a burst bomb.

It’s obvious someone is, but it isn’t specific who.

Nope the 1000 are the points that he painted aka. not painted, since a clean 1000 points are awarded to the winning team, meaning that he painted nothing as by the game, which is sus in a game where thats the main objective.
And we also know that he played in that game and didn't just afk, since he died twice.
Using any of your weapons just once, would score him at least some extra points.
So unless he never did anything besides run around, whilst not using his weapons, he is using a cheating software to negate him scoring points, so it doesn't show that he achieved an unobtainable number of points.
That compared with the rest of the evidence, should be more than enough to determine his cheating without a doubt, video or not.

Honestly I could apply for a splatoon mod if y'all let me.
I know a lot about Splatoon.
Played it all my life.
From release basically over seven years straight investing all my time into that game.
I think that I could definitly help spot and determine some cheaters, as I know this game to it's core.

the points mean how much they painted the map in the game, if the team wins, they get 1000 more as bonus, but if they dc of the match, it doesn't show up the amount they painted

They throw a splat bomb and it lagged out the game, the next second everything is painted over and you can hear the distorted sound of the burst bomb.

The xbox 360 Slim was my very first console.
My grandpa gave me that as a gift and put tons of games on it.
Got some extra games like nfs most wanted, rise of the tomb raider, battlefield hardline and some other goofy games, which I play 'till this day.
Always feared the RRoD, even survived it once, which was a surprise, but the second time I wasn't as lucky and I had to replace it recently.
Then came the WiiU and then the switch.
And some handhelds like the 3DS in between.

It's all special and aoe spam.
Their div 5 ranges anywhere from div 9 to div 3.

He also had some levels, so they would have known how to move.
I'm also not saying that they did it intentionally.
