As you cannot change that information at the moment, just create a new account and PNID on your console and wait for account deletion to be added.

I have done that before but it doesn’t work

Your PNID also cannot share the same username or email as your NNID.

If a make a different email on the same device or I make one on google does it not work

it needs to be a different email and different username, period

Also, you may have issues in general if connecting with SSSL
