I suggest to try disconnecting your internet and reconnecting it (as in just turning your wireless connection off and back on).

Also, Ping an active mod instead of an Dev for further assistance.

Other than that, I don’t know how else to help though I wish I can help you more.

The ban was temporary anyways, it clears on the 23 if I remember correctly.
