Hello, I've been trying for like four days now to log into pretendo to play splatoon. I'm always putting I'm the right information but it never works, it always pops up with the error message "102-2613". Is it possible if I could get any help?

When I do so it doesn't come up with the pretendo agreement, is that normal? Or does that mean I did something wrong?
