Hello, I would like to know how to delete my Pretendo Network account since the email and username cannot be modified and I would like to delete it so I can create it from scratch in the Nintendo Network application. I don't know if you can create a PNID from the Nintendo Network app. NNID would like an answer thank you

Fastest way would be for you to simply abandon the old account and create the new one with the desired credentials.
I know that you can create a Pretendo account on 3DS, just like you would create one for Nintendo - just pretend it's asking you for Pretendo credentials. I assume the same can be done on Wii U.

but if I want to create an account but with the same username, there is a way to do it. The account I want to delete was created on the pretendo page but I can't change the date of birth or anything. I want to create a new account but from 3ds with the NNID app but the username I want to use is no longer available due to the previous account created, I would really like a solution.

I believe that if you login to your current Pretendo account on your console, you will be able to set/change those details (date of birth, region etc.) that the Pretendo website doesn't support at this time.

its possible to yank it off your console, yeah. however it results in loss of access to game updates + general instability, especially on 3ds
pretendo accounts,,, idk if they can be removed from the console at the moment. changing account info (like date of birth) on your console is also very jank

Creating the account on the website is easy but you miss the point of account settings such as date of birth
and other things but in NNID the account can be created with more options such as the date of birth and that

I had similar problem, i tried to delete my PNID by using 3DS, i got mail witch information that my accout was deleted but for some reason i still can log into my account via web browser and can't use this PNID while creating account in console because i'm getting error witch information that PNID is still in use. Does the system need more time to remove the PNID completely from existence? Or this don't work right now?

I was somehow able to delete my PNID before. Try using your linked Wii U if you are really desperate to delete your account; worked for me somehow a few months ago.

That only deletes your PNID from your console, and select data relating to your PNID profile.
Your account still exists.
Plus, it only works on Wii U anyway.

It only deletes your PNID account but the data is still there and when you try to link to your Wii U or 3DS it says that it is already linked or the data was deleted it also does not let you create another account with the same name

Hello, when I deleted the PNID, only the linked gmail account was removed but it still let me log in to the account on the website but now today, 05/09/24, when I try to log in, a message appears that says user not found, I thought it had been deleted permanently the account but when I tried to use the username in a new account it said that that name was busy I don't know what happened or why I don't know if there is an explanation if there is I would like to know it to be informed thank you
