Removing Badges from the System

Since I can't launch Badge Arcade (more specifically, the badge box), I want to remove all of my badges from my system, but don't know how I'm supposed to do so without access to the badge box. I'm doing this to free up as much storage as I can (I know they don't take up much storage, but I would still like to), but MAINLY for OCD reasons.
Also I tried opening badge arcade on Pretendo and I've heard it deletes all badge box badges, but have no way of checking, since the game just doesn't let you inside anyways? If I lost all of my cloud-stored badges, I don't really care to be honest. I just want to know if I can remove the badges from the system or not.

I think it's auto deleted if you enter the badge arcade with pretendo on, they should be gone

make your pnid username different from your nnid one

but uhh, since you still have your badges

you might want to backup your nintendo 3ds folder rq

just to have a backup of your nintendo badges incase anything bad happens

I wanted the badges gone since honestly I feel like there's no point in keeping badges I don't want if I can jsut have my own custom badges
