It can also happen randomly, try resetting Wara Wara Plaza through BOSS Settings in Inkay in the plugin menu

If you have bleeding edge, it will be in Other Settings

Its weird cause even though juxt is down the messages still show up in the plaza

(My join date doesn't reflect this cause i was falsely banned lol)
