yeah the 3ds cant do that, it needs to have the account fried off

You cannot switch accounts or add a new user on 3DS lol.
You have only one NNID (or two if you include your PNID).

Yeah you’d have to talk to a moderator or admin because they have access to the admin panel and maybe be able to delete the account.

sure, but we're not a pipeline to the admins. youll need to relay it to one of the mods so they can send it up
