Splatoon error

Whenever I try to go into the Lobby it tells me I need to connect to the Internet and receive the latest news data, when I press receive I get this error

[grave robin]

i have this problem as well.

nevermind! i just fixed it by leaving the game and rejoining it. lobbies work for me now.
