However, the bin files and pcap files don't have linked times and what makes it more confusing is that my Wii U clock has not been set forward to correct it for daylight saving time. I can most definitely figure out what games I played but matching up the bin files and pcap files doesn't seem possible from my end. I just don't want to upload the wrong bin file and then have these network dumps be useless. What could I do?

I also had the same issue, but I realized something.. Every game has it own BIN file which you use for every dump of it. The file is formatted something like that (I think):
"nexServiceToken-[Some id, idk]-[Title ID].bin"
Now you can search up the Title IDs on this website: https://wiiubrew.org/wiki/Title_database and look which BIN file corresponds to which game. I hope that helps!
(That is my own theory, I don't know if this is correct!)

Because for MH3U I believe I have 2 pcap files and 2 bin files, 1 of them junk and 1 of them a bin file with the title ID
