go to 3ds settings, other settings, change language to Spanish

Go through creating a new PNID (use a camera translator etc on your phone if you aren't comfortable with navigation in Spanish) and it should complete without error

also keep in mind that the position for the month and day for the birthday you enter are swapped triGiggle

instead of Month/Day it's Day/Month (Dia/Mes) lol
