i am unable to log into my pretendo account on my wii u, it says the ID cannot be used for multiple users, im guessing this is because the ID is the same as my NNID. what do i do? im not deleting my original NNID.

pretendo has nothing to do with nintendo servers, the wii U just prevents you to add two accounts with the same name, as it uses the username for his folder structure. When you you add a second account with the same name, the system would try to create folders with a name that are already there, that's why you get the errormessage

so the online files for the NNID shouldnt matter
if its the same email across both, both pretendo and nintendo can verify the username belongs to the email

this doesn't matter which email is behind which account, the pretendo servers don't interact with you NNID or the official Nintendo Servers. See the PNID as a completely new account

You are trying to log into PNID on your wii u that you can't as u use the username that you used as your NNID. I explained to you, why your Wii U does not allow it but you don't listen so I give up helping you!
