I have placed the necessary files into the right folders. Yet it doesn't seem to update when I wait 30 seconds. I rebooted it in all sorts of ways. I also have an account, I am logged in and connected to Pretendo.

Sometimes if you leave your wii u sitting it just downloads stuff, also opening a game can help cause it will fully refresh the wara wara plaza
