I did not. I just downloaded the update thing from Universal updater. Which is probably the problem. What can I do to fix it, if possible?

Okay, so I did that. Set up my pnid, got Nimbus as an app in the home menu. When I switch to Pretendo, it tells me the online services have been restricted by Nintendo.

And are you using Luma 13

There is a whole section regarding the IPS patches
The IPS patches are what actually connects you to our servers. The only thing Nimbus does is switch your account to a different profile

put this in your sd:/3ds folder and run it from hbl
text in it might be glitchy
it should fix it (hopefully)

Toggle "Enable Game Patching" and "Allow loading external FIRMS and modules" om the luma3ds menu before booting after adding the patches
also make sure you are using the right lfcs_b
pretendo banning system is different from nintend0
your lfcs_b and other console data has to match the uniqueinfo linked to your system (info that is always there and can never be changed)
