So I lost my super Mario Tier after i paid for it. i have lost it in discord and the website idk what is happening can someone help me? my money hasnt been refunded or anything like that it has js dissapeared and my rank also did

Yeah it happens sometimes. Not very often, but when working at the scale we're at it does crop up

Stripe sometimes, for some reason, makes a duplicate subscription entry. This entry doesn't ever end up getting charged, so it becomes "expired" and Stripe sends us the "this users subscription has ended" event

I'll have to look into seeing if there's some extra safe guards we can put in place to mitigate this. Though I am holding off on major website changes as there's plans for a large scale rewrite soon. That, and this happens so infrequently that it's a better use of time to just put out the fires when they happen rather than spend a ton of time on the issue, since no with the shutdown notice we're working on a clock
