#Website allowing invalid password characters

I am having some trouble logging into my newly created pretendo account. I am almost certain the issue is password related as the password I had set on the webpage cannot be entered on the wiiu (the website allowed me to add a space for a special character but the wiiu prevents entering a space on the password screen). Unfortunately I cannot reset the password because I cannot log into the wiiu in the first place. Is there any way I can fix this?
