Hey @tardy verge , sorry for the ping but I was wondering if it was possible to get a refund. I got one month of Pretendo in August, and planned to keep it just for the month. I completely forgot to cancel it so it auto-renewed yesterday. I haven't used anything since I got charged again, and I was just wondering since I currently don't have enough money to keep my subscription.

All set! I went ahead and canceled for you just to stop it from auto-renewing again, and issued you a refund. You should have gotten an email about it, it may take a couple days for the money to hit your bank
