When I tried purchasing the super Mario perks on pretendo website i got the declined message on stripe but when I look in my bank account it's been taken out I also got a email saying *Your subscription for the Super Mario tier has changed status to incomplete_expired. This is usually caused by payment failure. Your account has been reverted back to default until payment resumes. If you believe this to be an error, please reach out for support on our Discord server, and we thank you for your previous support!" It you need more information I will provide it

And just now when sending this I got yet another email from pretendo with the same message from before

Verify with your bank that the charge actually went through. The fact that Stripe declined the payment means that no money was ever transfer to Stripe

According to our records from Stripe, your bank declined your card twice and the card is now blocked from being charged by Stripe

That's pretty strange I looked before the funds were gone and only charged once because all I had was that

I'm guessing the 2nd one is real but the first one I'm unsure because the funds are gone

I don’t know how the banking system works in your country, but here often times banks show pending transactions as actual deductions even if the transaction failed or is being refunded

Regardless, no money actually transferred to Stripe in this case and the issue is with your bank

You can see from our records that Stripe received $0 from both transactions

If you ever plan on trying again you’ll definitely have to call your bank, as Stripe won’t be able to use this card anymore for you

As stated in the second screenshot your bank told Stripe to block any future charges to the card

You may see a few emails coming in here shortly. Just ignore them, they’re automated emails being sent from me cleaning up some artifacts in your Stripe account with us

Stripe made a duplicate subscription for you (which was also blocked so there’s no worries there) so I’m just getting rid of it

But when I purchased it I got access to Miiverse but when entering Wii u chat or trying to change the user information like DOB it saids a error has occurred

And the icons on the home screen for Miiverse communitys are the default go online ones

The icons on the home menu are WaraWaraPlaza, which has historically been very difficult for us to patch consistently due to

  • A) it’s mostly a black box on how it works internally
  • B) the download is registered as an automatic task using the BOSS service, which is annoying to work with
  • C) the actual download happens so early in the consoles boot process that we don’t even have full control yet

As for the user settings app, that app isn’t supported right now. It’s not really an app, it’s a website like the eShop and Miiverse and such. It requires its own set of SSL patches to get working which we are still working on, and then we have to actually build the website front end for it
