Issue with Wii U Chat after being a beta tester

Hi I would like to ask if how can I resolve this issue? I can open miiverse and post without a problem though. I'm trying to test all features but I think this is the only problem yet I encountered. Any help is greatly appreciated!. Thank you 🙂

The Wii u chat services have been down for a bit appeaerently. Developers have been working hard to get it back please be patient.
