Has anyone encountered this error 102-2932? The day before yesterday everything was working fine, but today I go into Splatoon and can't play. Also checked my friends list and I'm offline.

I had the same issue earlier today the problem was with the otp.bin and seeprom.bin files, the ones from pretendo don’t work (or at least didn’t work for me) so you’ll need to get those files from a genuine wii u in order to make online work (if online has worked for you before I’d still say try to replace the otp and seeprom files just to see if it changes anything)
after I copied the working otp and seeprom files in that error code immediately disappeared for me

I have these files from my Wii U, everything worked by the way. But I'm wondering if there are those people who posted these files on the network? If there is, then this protection is meaningless.

There definitely have been a few file dumps in the past with the otp and seeprom files for other servers like a dedicated smm server I saw once on github had them to download but idk if I can really advise searching for them considering downloading random files on the internet isn’t always the best idea lmao
Whatever the error is it definitely is a problem with one of those two files or the usr folder though. If anything id recommend downloading the usr folder from pretendo again and just dumping the files from your Wii U again and see if it works from that just for good measure
