On top of this Nimbus isn't switching to Pretendo Mode

To switch to pretendo update luma to ver 12.0.1

Also unlinking can be done randomly if you delete nimbus and its files, install it again and it might unlink.

Try enabling 'game patching' and 'external firms and modules'
