currently theres no public beta for anything on 3DS, installing Pretendo wont be of much use unless you are a tester ($10 per month)

youd just log in through the system settings like on nintendo network but i dont think even that works unless you are a tester (unsure though)

yes (that’s pretty much the only Pretendo compatible 3DS game right now lol) but you have to be a tester
