What are you struggling with?
So I know that for the 4/16 time signature I have to draw the bar lines after 4 1/16 notes
Problem is what do I do after this? The next notes has more 1/16
Do I draw the line after three 1/16

I know it changes the length of the note
I only know how much it changes the whole note, half note and quarter note

1/4 + (1/2 * 1/4) = 1/4 + 1/8 = 3/8
