At some point during farming in a zone for a while, i have gotten a bug frequently where i instantly die on hitting an enemy (sheep in sulfur at the moment, they would normally take 15 hits to kill me), and then my camera is broken on the spawn zone. I have to restart the game to get it going again.

possibly only from contact hits (or after a delay of taking no damage), because ive been taking chip projectile hits without any insta deaths so far.

it's normal for it to be able to happen from contact hits or projectile hits, it's only a bug if it happens out of nowhere with no damage numbers or anything

It's normal to insta die from contact/proj hits from full hp when youre tanky enough to take a dozen hits? I think i am misunderstanding

no, if you normally take multiple hits from the same monster with no issue and then one randomly kills you, that's a bug
