Once you start ramping up the village population, it's too difficult to level up tribespeople skills to higher tiers. The lower tier ones start doing tasks that I want the already leveled tribesperson to do, so I can progress to higher tier food, armor, weapons, etc. Let us maybe hold a button while staring at the station to assign a tribesperson to that station so only they do its tasks.
