When we select Valencia as a race track on our servers, the server will not start and gives us the following info: "Unable to retrieve files from deamon"
This issue has been going on for at least 2 months.

@fallow canyon please can you kindly confirm why Gportal cannot select Valencia?
We are scheduled to have Valencia as race#1 on January 10th and as it stands we would need to swap this round.
As I currently understand it Gportal are saying a Dev issue, either way can someone kindly liaise with Gportal to remedy. Many bought the 2023 DLC for this track me included.

We are on Gportal on PC and Xbox Series consoles, PC is fine with Valencia.
This daemon error persists when selecting Valencia on XSX on Gportal, track cannot be used.
My understanding is Nitrado and Valencia work just fine.
If they broke it Gportal are not fixing it and appear to need pointing in the right direction as to what exactly is wrong.
Do Untold have access to a Gportal server? the log seems pretty clear though.

The 1.9.3.1 update on XSX|S was on 20th September, we ran Valencia without issue on 2nd August but not since due to not being on calendar.
Unfortunately we do not have server log of that successful Valencia race.

Yes, the same Daemon error occurrs when powering on server and track still cannot be used on Gportal.

I just checked and not only have Gportal fixed Valencia on XSX, I just tested this and did some laps.
They have also fixed negative ballast too (-40 KG does now work on Gportal)
