Have you tried the various Hz settings? To see if lower than 400 values solve the issue?

Go in control settings in the main menu with the wheel attached at least Once, It solved the issue for others, It probably changes something in background with that wheel

Have you tried lowering the hz from the control settings for the t300? If you can, try every settings 400hz -> 100hz
