i was considering making it so that you have to use an email so people cant do it a bunch of times without actually putting in effort
or making you put your discord name
but id rather just have the chance people do that than have like 4 people actually answer it because they dont want to put their email or name

I have a question: Weapons ranges. How do they work?
My current understanding is X weapon deals full damage up to Y range, scaling down linearly to Z range, at which point it will deal 10% damage at minimum.
Each gun has a different Y, but do all guns share Z, or are Y and Z directly linked, or is Z different for every gun, or do we not know?

I'm trying to pull info from the datamined weapons data from R7, and run it against booster values to see what important breakpoints I can map - but without knowledge of how damage falloff works and ranges, I'm limited to just Min range.

Followup question: is it possible to destroy the heads of (Scouts/Big Shooters/Hybrids) Without killing them? Their HP and body part values suggest so, but I'm not certain. I've never seen it happen.
I believe you just can't destroy the head until it's the last bit of damage needed to kill them. (if you ignore some headless scouts here and there, but that's not intended anyway)
Iirc it scales linearly from start to end of falloff. Not sure what if falls off to.
It's either 0 or something like 10%.
