there is a code (long chain of numbers) unique to each lobby that you copy to your clipboard and when you do that there should be a red button that says to join the lobby on the rundown select menu
you can get the code for your own lobby by pressing the "copy lobby ID" button
also if you're steam friends with someone they can join with the steam overlay

There is a slowmode here and please, read how to matchmake about creating messages here. Level - LFx - code. More people would join. Also I highly recommend to spend some time in R1 to understand basics of the game. Also you can add the same to your voice channel description. That will also help.
