I think the heavy AR feels like shots don't line up with the sights on it, and that bugs me, cause if it weren't for the fact i miss most the shots i take with it, it would shred damage wise

Prisoner efficiency just means that you do all the side objectives in a level i think
so a level can have more than one optional objective
and it makes you do BOTH in a singular run
