I've seen in some vids that people are putting in a command into the terminal that the first scan passes by, but how do we trigger that instruction in the first place? What is it? After doing some very basic tests related to "shadow resolution" and shadows (as in, the enemies), I've come to the conclusion that the main and most important jump in quality (in relation to how easy it'd be to spot and therefore kill the shadows) is between LOW and MEDIUM. Everything past MEDIUM is a tiny bit better in both how "sharp" the shadows themselves are (I assume this is due to the resolution) and how noticeable the contrast difference is.

But long story short: LOW shadow resolution is really, really bad.

My tests were done mainly with headlamp, so either melee or tool was out, I'll check the videos I made again to see if the other flashlights (mainly CS) make the difference even more noticeable
