I’m assuming the ending part?

My preference which I’ve had successful runs with was cfoam, and hel auto as tools with hel auto pistol on one person. Goals is to buy as much time for the person searching for cells. As you enter security doors in the fog there is one big door and one small door. We cfoam and pre mine big door and leave small door open to run back in with cells once we have them. Additional we push into the zones to defend to be out of fog. Rest is just on the fly decision depending on what’s happening

Spear does kill babies with one hit now, it has a 1.3x precision making it do 2.6 damage, which rapidly scales up to allow for 1 taps to the occiput in stealth against typical small enemies, combined with the faster recovery from landed melee attacks, you can easily clear faster and with more comfort than any other melee. Spears 1.5x heavy precision damage makes it a good starter for bosses and great for giants. As a result the spear does 26.25 damage on precision hits, which gives it the ability to 2 tap hybrids reliably in stealth (1 occiput, 1 face when they turn), 1 shot mother tumours and 2 tap tank tumours.
Takes time to get used to the spear, but once you are familiar with how to use it effectively it behaves like a more powerful hammer in stealth, with the only issue being running through feelers for scouts and dodging a bunch of strikers while charging in alarms, though you should just shoot them in that case anyways.
Tbh, Hammer is good, knife is rarely better, only really shining when consistent alarms are present that spawn only small enemies. Bat is shit when compared to all 3.
Spear and hammer are the most applicable of the melees, and spear just shines in most situations when you want to actively use a melee including fighting a few loose strikers when the time calls for it in alarms. How the spear is considered the "worst" is comical
