Mom sacs have crit multiplier or 5x and 126hp so I'd assume that HCP should be able to two shot them pretty comfortably even through the mom armour multiplier

But honestly I don't remember what the armour multiplier for HCP is for mom and I never use that weapon because chokemod is pretty much better in every way

so we had a fun glitch today. A scout triggered resulting in all enemies becoming docile and no enemies spawning from any waves. Sleepers in rooms would still wake up, but just stand there doing nothing xD. This happend on R4C1 and yes we took the Tank down with Hammers xD. Took like 20 hits or something like that xD. Anyone else had this glitch before?

Teammate braincell is actually a negative effect on every booster, it's just hidden. It also applies if you don't use a booster.

I believe it hits, penetrates, hits, checks to see if its an enemy it already hit, if so counts the pen but not the damage rinse and repeat

Me and some guy here were brainstorming why would any military ever need a high caliber burst weapon like that when full-autos are kings of utility and you can just compensate everything with skill and trigger discipline.
Some quick googling confirmed our suspicions: it is most likely an anti-vehicle weapon, and something about the burst tech allows for easy recoil so you can put those rounds exactly where you need to. There are, apparently, IRL counterparts of this concept.
But it probably doesn't look like an M249 on steroids. Probably.
