Also in regular play I do not think foam is even remotely the best strat (not just in terms of being lame cheese). Triple sentry provides very substantial value in the error section while having a substantially lower execution requirement to get that value.

The reason this one worked is because it was R2E1, the surge alarm in the fog. We just left the foamed enemies and ran to the normal IV alarm; didn't have any spawns until the foam started breaking

Take a knife at your leisure. But it doesn't have consistent stagger compared to hammer which you know. At the off chance a solo runs out of ammo, knife is going to make it considerably harder to kill bigs.

2 long kites, and short kiting in the catwalk room at end to stall out post datacube sequence. killed one too many shooters so had to deal with funny snatcher and bbc during the short kite section (if i knew the timings better on datacube insert + when i can die in ending i can probably get it down another 2 minutes, funnily enough everything else in the run is pretty set in stone - i have a room im forced to be in at 3:30 remaining on timer, which is only possible while kiting back, so with this strat there is 0 timesave in first 10ish minutes)
