It's ok to stick with the spear, but you gotta master it. This seems actually the spear problem because spear can't stagger a big charger just by damage(spear full charge from the back = 35 < 40). So you do need to aim at the limb to make sure first hit stagger and allow bots to follow up

• Got 3 of us dropped, one guy on 4% and saved it.
• Original host crashed, so we had to redo stuff.
• Big fog room was scuffed, 3 wiped and I have to kite 12+ dudes, lived somehow.
• OP host then crashed again during the second verify scan. He never rejoined, and we had to redo the entire second verify scan.
• Another person crashed, run then softlocked, had to wipe to go back to checkpoint.
• Then I crashed after verify scan completed

And we finished it....with barely a shred of our sanity.

Visually that is a nice feature, or if it is a bug it should become a feature. However if it is the case that bionic body parts aren't a part of the player's hitbox they should be, otherwise they would be minimally better cosmetic items for facing enemies due to a smaller hitbox, and I know there are maniacs who think that matters.

How's it feel to stagger chain?

Forgiving on normal sleepers, as well as being able to solo stunlock a giant. Only gripe I've had with it is the side to side swing hitbox, which if you don't account for can be a hindrance.
(Oh, and melee kiting feels pretty good with it if you have to, as well.)
Otherwise, it's my go-to melee weapon to go absolutely crazy with.

If we're just going off of a build comparison, Revo is def stronger today than back when.
-Better body shots
-Better hip-fire
-Better spread recovery (pretty sure, anyway)
-Better ammo

I'll also attest personally to higher skill. I've gotten way better at spray control, target acquisition, etc., and I definitely feel a lot more powerful in the R1 ver. now than I did a year ago. There's also a lot of minutia, like enemy speed, that we take for granted but which absolutely makes the game harder today than back when your reaction time was allowed to be way way slower.
