r1b2 should be pretty straightforward for the most part with the extract scan being the scariest thing in the level
r1c1 is just a shooting check where hel rifle/hel gun/ burst cannon are gonna be very helpful
Read up on what the other solos use and try to play safe I suppose

I had C-foam for R1A1 and switch to burst sentry for R1B1 and R1B2

you want to save 4 uses of tool for extract so that you have sentry that lasts all of it
and then you have the ammo you have
and stam reset and kill stack a few times
i think my first clear of b2 is just me desperately kiting around the extract scan
I have the Carbine as my primary and Combat Shotgun as my secondary. Using Burst sentry and a sledgehammer . I'm not using Muted, Bold, or Aggressive artifacts because I feel it would be cheating
it's also funny. I had an easier time beating R1A1 and R1B1 before streaming, but when stream I struggled so much lol

im pretty convinced that if the issue isn't that you're running out of ammo
then
the main thing is that on your way from hsu to extract you are not stam resetting correctly
as in a lot more than necessary to kill whatever is on you to make sure you don't have a surge wave on extract to destabilise you
also make sure that you kill all the sleepers in the rooms on the path back. you dont want them joining the extract waves
i mean
technically you can have shooter spawn cap
and then its kinda chill
but yeah
if you cant actually do that, youd want to clear the path
cause shooter + striker error is extremely miserable

I have found great sucess with the thermal smg and the charge up sniper so far.

automatic weapons are generally the worst weapons (barring the HEL shotgun and the combat shotgun) but in terms of shotguns you cant really go wrong
uh probably Heavy SMG and Combat Shotgun?
they're all at the very least usable and the strong ones are the most powerful guns in the game
if you're wanting an automatic weapon, heavy smg is generally the best statted (hel autopistol is very much great but stands in a slightly strange place)
im personally a fan of machine pistol but you do have to play within its effective range for good ttks
for shotguns,
(Pump) Shotgun is single fire good damage
Combat Shotgun is lower damage but higher fire rate and good stagger
Choke Mod for range
Scattergun is the terror of the game but perhaps scary to use/unintuitive for newer players

for primary weapon shotguns, hel shotgun is built for stagger, slug shotgun requires more precision but is nice into smalls, and sawed off is the most busted thing in the game

combat shotgun is a nice close range weapon, it can onetap smalls if they're close and you aim for the head which makes it quite ammo efficient
if you're looking for a little more range, hel gun is a great close-to-mid range weapon, it both penetrates enemies and can one tap smalls with a headshot

cfoam one blob gives 1.5 hp
if an enemy hits a door with 1 cfoam blob twice
does it do 1.5 damage to cfoam and 0.5 to door? or does it do only 1.5 damage to cfoam and the 0.5 extra is just lost?

if you keep a door "fully healed" or whatever then you are losing a third of your foam to nothing
like if every time the door is hit you reapply foam
a lot of people also just apply 1 cfoam bubble per hit which is insanely bad
you are supposed to do 2 bubbles for every 3 hits

a reactor is ultimately 3 parts,
1 Wave Defense
2 gathering resources in between
3 getting the code into the terminal in time
If you already know how R1C1's reactor works, then its just the first two things you need, and they can go hand in hand
the most popular place to defend for many reasons is the bridge tile. the hole in the wall at the south end is a great choke point where you can get angles and focus your sentries, the bridge itself is a perfect funnel if/as you fall back, and its only about a 30 second run to the reactor terminal.
when you start looting after the shooting, you have quite a lot of resources around you to spend as the code person runs out and runs back. and on longer warm up times for the later codes, you have enough time to run forward and loot in previous areas.
when giants spawn having someone with a good weapon for bigs like hel rifle is useful (especially for hybrids) as well as saving tool by only having 2 sentries down for most waves, saving it for later waves or the waves with Hybrids (4, 6, 8).
this is definitely a 3 sentry + 1 bio tracker level, and when you learn all sentries are not created equal.
Burst is the best all-arounder.
Sniper sentry thrives with bio tracking and the long sight lines on this level.
shot gun sentry is in the game
Autosentry is in the game.
if you have a bot, they are a boss with the biotracker so give them that, and if you have three bots god go with you.

Its a melee focused around giving staggers
Its good for killing giants, strikers shooters and hybrids
The only downside is the swing animation
It complicates killing scouts since you have to be more cautious with not hitting the neck

for bors they tend to work best with certain weaponry - so having ur bots with good guns is also v important
bots shoot on line of sight, usually with bodyshots, and tend to balance ammo by using any gun on any enemy, so immediately specialized guns such as sniper are out of the question
for main, burst rifle works best as they save quite a lot of ammo and are efficient, tho for rawer damage u can go hel revolver
for special, machinegun [veruta specifically] also makes em save ammo, and for raw dmf u can go burst cannon, just be very careful with the friendly fire
for tools, i get if u wanna use biotracker urself for now as seeing enemies as anewie is useful, but when ur ready u shouls give it to a bot since they are amazing with pings
other than that they work fine with sentries and mines, just beinf a lil funny with c-foam as they shoot from whatever position they are in towards what ur cursos is pointing, so they can miss if ur not careful

but on shadow levels you won't have a bio to call out their positions if you don't run thermals/don't know how to deal with them
So do be careful and keep that in mind

Not sure if you're being sarcastic since it's often asked but: if you dont care about them draining ammo HEL Revolver and Burst Cannon works very well
If you want them to be more ammo conservative (whatever that means, I usually just give them HEL Rev/BC) then Burst Rifle and Veruta
To be honest, I always give them HEL Rev/BC and I clear R3D1/R2D2 with 3 vanilla bots on those loadouts.

If you really wanna/need/think you can pull one, always snipe scout and retreat to a position where enemies kinda corridor to you
you dont necessarely stealth everything OR pull
a denser room is generally easier to stealth since proxy aggro is more accessible and long range aggro is generally closer to you
as long as you properly sync the enemies and play your proxies correctly it should not be more challenging, just a bit more time consuming (owing to the greater amount of enemies to be killed)
you can stealth until you see a cluster that can fuck you up, then just pull, kill scout, retreat to safer position where they funnel and just kill them
but i wouldn't really advise fully stealthing those rooms anyways since it would take a lot of foggies to slow stealth your way through the deepest sections. just clear out what is easily accessible upstairs and then pull imo

Getting cell from 613 before stealth the other room makes it somewhat easier if you really want to because the fog goes down enough to be able to walk there
