As a matter of reference I usually got the bug at around 40mins in even with 32 gigs of ram
And out of like 10 runs I had it in 4 of them
1 was of those 4 I was able to complete without crashing by not opening the map
But at that point I was like a good 4-5mins (all of the last cell in generator alarm) without basically any sound.

It has a similar feel to opening map w/ bad audio

With a sufficiently long session time (which also makes me think it's cocoon audio related), you can end up getting a long freeze during ||kraken||, which often just crashes you.
Happened to Beth in duo, and we've both had it a few times in quad.
Longer than it takes to complete level or wtf, never heard about that even from very slow parties

i can 100% confirm that the cocoons are the freezing issue
id presume the ||kraken|| (if there is anything) might have a similar effect as opening the map in that it makes it more likely to freeze and crash
its hardware based
"Session time" just means you haven't closed your game.
So, if you attempt R8E2 5 times
and on the 5th you clear
That might be a 3h+ session time.
I know, I've seen people playing it for like 10 hours without completions and restarts
For what it's worth to your question, I had spitteraudio bug in R2D1 on 1st runs (as in, opening the game then running).
And most of those with bots.
But still sounds like basic audio bug from cocoons like spitters and infection projectiles

and tbh it didn't click until now that it was actually audio bug, it was just a crash that happens that probably was tied to some memory leak.

kraken has a lot of effects going on
and audio effects
with all the projectiles aswell
most probably does not help

So it just stack up into sound bug to the moment game can't handle it
I think that certain things can cause it and it isn't really related to hardware at all tbh aside from maybe memory getting filled later if you've 32 GB

So something that mod does fixes it or makes the chances much lower

Which seems like that's what the memory leak is, lots of sounds from spitters, cocoons, foam, cells, and generators just don't get "recycled."

what some people have done is load into r2e1, pull first alarm, kite enemies around then run into side room and mine the door
and ya r3d1 final blood door gets it easily

partially, but also the insurance that as long as there is a box to ur left u cant get flanked there
you dont rly need βcoverβ for anything per se
The biggest advice for hybrids (aside from killing them quickly) is that ANY damage stops their barrage
That coupled with strafing makes them not hit you basically at any point
Also sniper sentries help on that front
so its more of a weapons issue than a skill issue
Cant get flanked if you are 4 people
on a straight bridge
(2 players should be able to kill anything major, 1 guy can exclusively kill the rare guys strafing out to the side)

bhop doesn't allow you to stealth at sprint speeds
and it's just a waste of stamina
oh wait i misunderstood you routed main only, then it's for sure class 6
bhop now only exists for heavy carry items

what does it take to melee scouts?
spear and hammer full charge head. knife and bat full charge head from the back
Hammer/spear 70% full charge to the head to kill a scout
Bat and knife needs to be full charge + back of the head
(You do more damage hitting the back of the enemies)
Once it has the feelers out You can run and melee the scout, once you touch the feelers youll have less than 2 seconds to kill it

bots are dump. sometime you stay between it and sleepers and it still shoot bullet aiming to that sleepers end up hitting you. try not stay in front of it
but sometime it also stay in front of you blocking line of sight instead lol

if ur also not giving them light damage weapons u should to improve ur chances of not dying to fast moving lead
machineguns/burst rifle works well
but if u do need the dmg at some point, burst cannon works well from what i've heard, hel revo... stuff-

u can but scatterguns really the way to go for the amount of value over the tanks
scattergun only falls off at one moment of the level and has higher ceiling, and while burst cannon stays consistent the way through it is a less high ceiling
getting rid of the tanks and the giants in the sec as fast really helps out
If you enjoy using burst cannon then sure
scatter is objectively the stronger pick but burst cannon is still very much one of the best weapons
just use bc and scatter

You need to download the mod then you need to also download the viewer, which you can find by just typing replay mod gtfo in google. then you just open the file with the viewer
it all should say how to do it on the thunderstore page on google

Its easier to use a mod manager to install the plugin side, but to do it manually just locate ur bepinex folder (if u installed this manually it will be in your steam game directory for GTFO otherwise your mod manager will have an option to open the bepinex folder for a given profile and u can just drag the dll into the plugins folder

i think it would be a fun edition, more games should support analogue movement imo
it wouldn't really have a place in the game though
in a game with a lot of stealth i think it could have a place. think about being able to sneak slower to get quieter movement or move very slightly out of the way of a feeler.

I have a question. What is the argument for using chokemod over the normal shotgun. When I look at the wiki, it looks like the normal shotgun is better in almost every way

scattergun/burst cannon - boss clear
Choke mod had those niches (somewhat shared with shotgun/high cal) in Rundown 7 (before the Alt rundowns)

with boosters, 40 as regen cap can be achieved

instant healing is only from meds and syringes

Sometimes Game Updates the health value a Bit late, Could be that He regened to 20 without it Updating, and then on medi it finally updated. Context is missing to say for sure

As in OG vs ALT versions? They new ones are slightly changed and overall easier because the tools and guns got better overall.

but all rundowns start off pretty moderate (outside of Rundown 5) even if you do optional objectives

you're using auto sentry properly, right?
- you carry fog repellers from first zone for the surge in fog
generally for the class 3 i'd say, save fog repellers (u prolly already do but just in case ill say it anyways), since ur using hel sentry try to find a spot for it where it can make use of back dmg (facing the ladder is a decent option for example, but also you can get fked by rng if all enemies spawn the other side, there is prolly better spot for it but not sure where exactly)

Well the level I'm on, we have to lower to gas. So basically almost every room is full of gas
enemies dont get pulled/woken up by alarms
what wakes enemies up are player actions (such as shooting in this case) or enemy screams (which can only happen in the same room as you or 1 room away).
and... well the rare door breaking and enemies being too close to that
regarding the infectious fog and how to deal with the enemies (i assume its R2D1?)
You kill what you can kill, then you pull the room (either by letting an enemy scream or shooting smth) and then shoot and or melee the ones coming out of the fog. You dont have to do this if you are sure these enemies arent relevant or any danger to you (in case of a scout wake up)
for r8c1 prisoner efficiency can you do secondary after overload?
